ScriptRoom.io (“ScriptRoom,” “the Service”) is operated by ePalm, LLC (“ePalm,” “we,” “us,” “our”). ScriptRoom is a trading name of ePalm, LLC.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or use ScriptRoom.io, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it. It applies to visitors, free account holders, and paying customers.

• Account data: name, email address, encrypted password, account creation date, current subscription tier.
• Payment data: we do not store your full card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor, under Stripe's own privacy policy.
• Content data: the topics, prompts, and answers you enter into ScriptRoom (“Your Content”), and the outlines, scripts, and refinements the Service generates for you (“Your Output”).
• Usage data: frameworks selected, number of talks and refinements generated, feature usage, login timestamps.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, cookie identifiers.
• Communications: messages you send us through support@ddduniversity.com or in app support features.

• To provide and operate the Service, including generating your outlines, scripts, and refinements.
• To process payments and manage your subscription or one time purchases.
• To enforce the usage limits attached to your plan.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and, where you have opted in, marketing.
• To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting rules.

We do not sell Your Content or your personal data to third parties.

ScriptRoom uses third party artificial intelligence infrastructure to generate outlines, scripts, and refinements based on the inputs you provide. Your inputs and the generated output are transmitted to these providers solely to deliver the Service to you. We do not permit these providers to use Your Content to train models for other customers or the general public, to the extent such controls are contractually available to us. We process your data on the following grounds under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Performance of a contract, to provide the Service you purchased or signed up for.
• Legitimate interests, to maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• Consent, for optional marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Legal obligation, where processing is required by law.

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Our AI infrastructure providers (content generation)
• Our hosting and application infrastructure providers
• Email and customer relationship tools used to communicate with you
• Authorities, where required by law

All third party processors are required to handle your data under appropriate data protection agreements.

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, to keep your data protected.

We retain your account data and Your Content for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, or to resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

If you are located in the EU, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Request a portable copy of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing

ScriptRoom is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
